Operations and Customer Service Manager needed for a large Insurance Agency in Healdsburg, CA.
This Agency recognizes the importance of adhering to high customer service standards and efficient operations. This position requires but is not limited to:
- Communicating with the customer in a professional manner, including in-person, phone, written, and electronic communications.
- Establishing and managing the Agency marketing programs necessary to build upon relationships with current customers while at the same time forging relations necessary to grow the Agency customer base.
- Meeting the needs of all customers by providing the proper level of customer service while ultimately holding a CA Department of Insurance (DOI) License necessary to service, solicit and sell Insurance policies.
- Effective and efficient computer skills (Social Media marketing experience a plus).
Full-Time position with base salary. Commissions and Bonuses will be available depending on CA DOI License and experience.
Having an active CA DOI License consisting of a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License will be required but may not be mandatory to obtain the position.
