Job Description
Office Manager needed for a large Insurance Agency in Healdsburg, CA.
 
This Agency recognizes the importance of adhering to high customer service standards and efficient operations. This position requires but is not limited to:
 
Communicating with the customer in a professional manner, including in-person, phone, written, and electronic communications. Must be a positive person that understands what great customer service is. 
 
Establishing and managing the Agency marketing programs necessary to build upon relationships with current customers while at the same time forging relations necessary to grow the Agency customer base. 
 
Effective and efficient computer skills (Social Media marketing experience a plus).
 
Full-Time or Part-Time considered. Salary position. Commissions and Bonuses will be available depending on CA DOI License and experience.
