Event Description:

Ken Cyphers is an attorney at Welty Welty, P.C. in Healdsburg.  His practice focuses on estate planning, business formation/representation and real estate law.  Ken plans to discuss the basics of estate planning, including asset transfers to heirs at death, avoiding probate and incapacity planning.   Ken will explain the relevance of wills, trusts, durable power of attorney and advanced health care directives in the estate planning process.
