Dr. Lynda Reid’s eclectic career has always been driven by her passion to guide people in enhancing their life’s evolution. This passion has led her to explore a great diversity of roles in a wide range of locations. Her teaching, coaching, and consulting career began in Canada and has moved her back and forth through the Caribbean, the United States, and China. Those journeys inspired her Doctoral dissertation on the importance and development of Multicultural Leadership.

 

Dr. Reid inspires, engages, and expands individual and team potential through the application of the latest research and developments in neuroscience, talent development, change management, and work-life harmony.

 

She currently operates her business between the United States and the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Her clients include budding entrepreneurs, seasoned business owners and senior management in a wide-range of professions. She feels extremely fortunate to have recently relocated her U.S. base to Sonoma County as the devastating impact of Hurricane Irma and Maria on the BVI prevents her from returning to her island clients and home at this time. She is currently donating her coaching to her clients and those on the frontlines of relief and recovery in the BVI. She is looking forward to expanding her client base here in Sonoma County.
